Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This policy covers the premium assessment, the custom roadmap provided at no cost, and paid monthly work after you sign a Services Agreement.
How billing works.
Gradia Consultants provides business operations assessments, custom roadmaps, and building, running, and maintaining agreed systems for one monthly fee. The assessment and the roadmap are provided at no cost. You pay a recurring monthly fee only after you accept the engagement on the roadmap-review call and sign a Services Agreement.
Contract term and deposit
Paid work is under a 3, 6, or 12 month contract. On signing, a $500 deposit is due so we can start the build. That deposit is non-refundable. Monthly billing then continues for the selected term.
What is not refunded
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded.
How to cancel
Cancel by written notice to trygradia@gmail.com.
Early termination
If you end the agreement before the selected term is finished, you pay the remaining balance: the monthly fee multiplied by the number of months left.
If Gradia does not deliver
If Gradia fails to deliver the agreed services and does not fix that failure within 30 days of your written notice, you may end the agreement without the early termination fee. You pay only for services delivered.
Late payment
If a payment is more than 10 days late, work and services may pause until the account is current. The contract term continues during that pause.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Gradia does not store your card or bank details.
